Definition and examples of melodic and harmonic intervals of 4th and 5th.
  Activity: 4th or 5th Interval?
This activity reinforces the visual identification of intervals. Identify the intervals formed by the insects (notes) trapped in the spider's web (staff) and click on the correct answer.
  Listening: Play The Second Note
Aurally identify whether an interval is a 4th or a 5th, and whether it is played "up" or "down". Play the second note to complete the interval. The first note is given on the rock on the ant's shoulders.
  Activity: Which Is The Correct Interval?
Listen and identify whether the interval is (a) melodic or harmonic; (b) 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th; (c) played up or down. Click on the correct notes that show the interval and hatch the eggs in the nests.

Aurally identify whether a melodic interval is a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or a 5th, and whether it is played "up" or "down". Drag the ladybird to the staff to complete the interval. The first note is given by the bubble-blowing chameleon.
  Song: Tortoise & The Hare
"Sing To Me" ~ song is sung with highlighted words to prompt children to sing along. "Play With Me" is ~ a "minus-one" version (music only) of the song for children to sing or play on their own. "Video" ~ is a video demonstration on how to play the song on the keyboard.
